Why We Built This Site
Indiana does not maintain one public statewide criminal-warrant database. MyCase displays public court activity, but it is not a live warrant index. Boone County also has three county criminal filing courts, plus Zionsville Town Court for its limited jurisdiction. The Sheriff's warrant page is curated, and the Sheriff's FAQ directs a person seeking their own status to an in-person check with identification. Bringing these distinct routes together makes it easier to find the correct public office without treating any one search as complete.
What You Will Find Here
The site focuses on civic access and safe next steps:
- How to run a Boone County warrant check through official case and agency channels
- How the active warrant search relates to the Sheriff's curated publications
- How bench, arrest, traffic, and city-court warrants differ
- Which court, Clerk, police, or Sheriff office maintains a requested record
- How to ask about counsel, appearance, bond, payment, recall, or quashing
What We Cannot Do
Boone County Warrant Records is private and has no affiliation with an Indiana court, law-enforcement office, or government agency. It cannot:
- Perform or confirm an official warrant-status check
- Recall, quash, remove, seal, or clear a warrant
- Take bond, fines, fees, or other court payments
- Arrange an appearance, surrender, or court date
- Give legal advice about an individual matter
- Guarantee that a listing, fee, address, or office procedure remains current
Current status must come from the issuing court or Boone County Sheriff's Office. Legal advice should come from a licensed Indiana attorney.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some content pages. Those providers control their own results, data practices, and prices. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports site access. Third-party results are not official Boone County warrant confirmations and can be incomplete, stale, or mismatched.
